IMPORTANT: PLEASE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTAND THESE TERMS OF USE AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (“AGREEMENT”) BEFORE ACCESSING, USING, OR PLACING AN ORDER OVER WWW.WIZARDSTANDARD.COM. This Agreement contains disclaimers of warranties and limitations of liabilities (see Sections 14 and 15). The terms in this Agreement and our other policies published on our website—including, but not limited to, our Privacy Policy—form an essential basis of our bargain. Please print and retain a copy for your records.

Your use of www.wizardstandard.com, including any subdomains, affiliated websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Website”), owned and maintained by Wizard Standard (“Wizard Standard,” “we,” “our,” “us”), is governed by the policies, terms, and conditions below. By accessing, using, or placing an order on the Website, you agree to this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree, you are not authorized to use the Website.

THIS AGREEMENT CONTAINS ARBITRATION AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER PROVISIONS THAT WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A COURT HEARING, JURY TRIAL, AND PARTICIPATION IN A CLASS ACTION. ARBITRATION IS MANDATORY AND THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY UNLESS YOU OPT-OUT (SEE SECTION 16).

We reserve the right to update or replace any part by posting changes to the Website. It is your responsibility to check periodically. Your continued use after changes constitutes binding acceptance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Website (or any part) without notice and are not liable for any such changes.

Products may have limited quantities and are subject to our Return Policy. We may limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction. Prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Offers are void where prohibited.

All charges are in U.S. Dollars. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.

We may receive updated card info from your issuer. You can opt out via your issuer. We are not responsible for bank fees. If a charge is reversed, we may bill you directly.

8. ORDER PLACEMENT & ACCEPTANCE

Order confirmation does not mean acceptance. We reserve the right to accept, deny, or limit any order for any reason—even after confirmation. You will be refunded if denied. We are not liable for losses due to refusal.

9. SUBSCRIPTIONS

“Subscribe & Save” plans are subject to these terms. We may modify, reduce, or eliminate the program without notice.

Your data will be stored securely per the subscription terms and Privacy Policy. We are not liable for data breaches beyond our control. In case of a known breach, we will notify affected customers and take remedial action.

10. SHIPPING

We ship only within the United States (all 50 states + D.C.). No international or territorial shipping at this time. See our Shipping Policy for processing times, rates, and restrictions.

11. DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

Carrier delivery confirmation (even without signature) is sufficient proof of delivery.

Digital Products: No refunds after login access is attempted. We reserve sole discretion on refund eligibility.

Refunds (if approved) process in 3–5 business days.

13. SOCIAL MEDIA

Our social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) is public. You have no expectation of privacy. We are not responsible for user comments. Report violations to the platform.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, the Website and all products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind—express or implied—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant:

EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, Wizard Standard and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, etc., are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or goodwill—arising from this Agreement, the Website, or products, even if advised of the possibility.

Our total liability is limited to $500.00. Some states limit exclusions—your rights may vary.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION – MANDATORY ARBITRATION & CLASS ACTION WAIVER

READ CAREFULLY. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.

All claims must be resolved via binding confidential arbitration under AAA Consumer Rules, governed by the Federal Arbitration Act.

17. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wizard Standard and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages (including attorney fees) arising from:

  1. Your breach of this Agreement
  2. Violation of law or third-party rights

We are not liable for third-party sites or content. Review their policies before use.

19. TESTIMONIALS & SUBMISSIONS

We may use testimonials with your name/location. Results vary.

All submissions (reviews, photos, ideas, etc.) become our exclusive property—royalty-free, worldwide, and perpetual. We may edit, shorten, or reject them. You warrant you have rights to submit.

20. DMCA NOTICE

Include a description of the work, the infringing material location, your contact info, a good-faith statement, and signed authorization. We will investigate and remove if valid.

21. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content is owned by Wizard Standard or licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

22. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Website to:

Email or electronic notices from us are equivalent to written communication.

24. ASSIGNMENT

You cannot assign this Agreement. We may assign without consent.

No partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists.

27. SEVERABILITY

Invalid provisions do not affect the rest.

28. TERMINATION

Upon termination, Sections 2–3, 14–17, 20–28, and your obligations survive.

29. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This Agreement and posted policies are the complete understanding between you and Wizard Standard.
