SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

We currently ship only within the United States (all 50 states + Washington, D.C.). U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.) and international destinations are not supported at this time.

We are actively working to expand international shipping and will announce updates via email and on-site banners.


ORDER PROCESSING + SHIPPING

We process and ship orders Monday–Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays).

Once processed, transit time depends on your selected shipping method (see Rates below). All orders are verified for accuracy before dispatch.


SHIPPING RATES

We use a flat-rate system to simplify costs, but rates vary by:

We partner with multiple carriers to secure the best possible rates. Rates may adjust due to fuel surcharges, carrier changes, or economic factors. International rates include base shipping only—duties/taxes are your responsibility.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

You are responsible for entering a correct, complete U.S. shipping address.


DUPLICATE ORDERS

If duplicate orders appear from the same account:

  1. We’ll email you within 24 hours to confirm intent.
  2. No reply within 7 days → orders ship as-is.
  3. Once shipped, standard shipping/refund policies apply.

BEVERAGES & RESTRICTED ITEMS

All beverages (hot cocoa mix, teas, and elixirs) ship nationwide within the U.S. No international or territorial restrictions apply at this time.
