When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, Wizard Standard collects the personal information you give us such as your name, address, email address, and/or phone number. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to help us learn about your browser and operating system.
SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
The personal information we collect is stored and processed by Wizard Standard primarily in the United States of America, regardless of your country of residence. We also use affiliated and third-party service providers (including hosting and technology partners) who may store and process personal information in other jurisdictions.

SECTION 5 – DATA STORAGE & PAYMENTS
Our store is not hosted on Shopify. Your data is stored in secure databases and servers managed by Wizard Standard and trusted third-party providers, protected behind firewalls.
Payment: If you use a direct payment gateway, your credit card data is encrypted via PCI-DSS standards. Transaction data is stored only as long as needed to complete your purchase, then deleted. All payment processors follow PCI-DSS requirements to ensure secure handling of credit card information.
SECTION 6 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Third-party providers (e.g., payment gateways, shipping services) will only collect, use, and disclose your information as needed to perform their services.
Important: These providers may be located in different jurisdictions. If you proceed with a transaction involving them, your data may be subject to the laws of their location (e.g., U.S. Patriot Act).
Once you leave our site or are redirected to a third-party site/app, this Privacy Policy no longer applies.

SECTION 9 – SMS PRIVACY PRACTICES
We only send SMS with your consent. Messages include order updates, abandoned cart reminders, and marketing offers. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. We use cookies to track cart activity for SMS reminders.

By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your region or have consent to allow minors under your care to use it.

We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Material changes will be announced on this page.
If Wizard Standard is acquired or merged, your information may be transferred to the new owners to continue service.
